The Team
Fit4all is a team of personal training and outdoor activity specialists.

One of the many areas that the Fit4all team concentrates on is Weight Loss Camps – these are short 4 day courses designed to teach it’s clients the “total Approach to health, Fitness & Wellbeing”

Within the 4 days clients can expect to:
1. Lose up to 8lb
2. Understand the importance of good nutrition and how to design meals to aid weight loss
3. Have the ability to put together their own exercise plan based on exercises and techniques learned on the course
4. Kick start a life changing process.

The Venue:
Located on the outskirts of the bustling and lively town of Castlebar Co. Mayo, Breaffy House Resort boats 90 acres of beautiful rolling woodland and forest walks. It is located just a short distance away from the scenic town of Westport and is the ideal base from which to explore Achill Island and the breathtaking west coast of Ireland.
